Politica di Reso e Rimborso
1. Right of Withdrawal
-
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from delivery of the product, without justification and without additional costs, except return shipping fees.
-
The period starts from the delivery of the goods, or in the case of multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately, from the delivery of the last one.
-
If the seller does not inform the consumer of the right of withdrawal, the period extends up to 12 months, unless the information is provided during that period; in that case, the standard 14-day period applies.
-
2. How to exercise the right
-
Withdrawal must be communicated within the deadline by email to info@xdecem.com, stating the order number and the products concerned.
-
Consumers may use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Italian Consumer Code or a clear written statement.
-
3. Conditions for return
-
Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, with original packaging and all accessories.
-
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
-
The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
-
4. Exceptions to withdrawal
-
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
-
Other exclusions: perishable goods, sealed products not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons, downloaded digital content, and editorial products such as newspapers or magazines.
5. Refund
-
In case of a valid withdrawal, DECEM will refund all payments received (excluding any additional delivery costs beyond the standard option) within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice or the returned goods.
-
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
-
Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
-
6. Applicable Law
This return policy complies with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, arts. 52–59) and subsequent amendments.
